Development Sites in Caversham and Emmer Green

The Borough Council have been seeking proposals on potential sites suitable for development or re-use.

As part of the same exercise, the Council have been looking for views on the areas which were designated in the Local Plan (adopted 1998) as open space, wildlife heritage sites and areas of archaeological potential. We have been asked for views on the designations in the Local Plan and for any other sites which should be designated.

CADRA has taken input from members and made a joint submission with the following organisations -

• Caversham GLOBE
• Emmer Green Residents’ Association ( EGRA)
• Warren and District Residents Association (WADRA)
