Reading Festival 2007
If you have any concerns about the festival before or during it, you can call the hotline number 08450 369526 which will be manned by Reading Council 24 hrs a day from 9AM on Wednesday to noon on Monday.
Reading Festival E-mail has been set up by Reading Borough Council as a trial for this year on the festival site rbclicensing@yahoo.co.uk
If residents want to e-mail RBC Licensing comments, enquiries, complaints or inability to get through on the Hotline they will be able to pick them up from this address.
E-mail is a supplement to the phone Hotline which should be used for urgent problems and in any case overnight.
This e-mail will be operational from 4pm on Thursday 23 August and will close down at 7am on Monday 27 August, please don't use it outside of these times as messages will not be received or responded to. Outside of these times the e-mail address to contact RBC on is licensing@reading.gov.uk.
The e-mail can be used in exactly the same way as the hotline between the hours of 8am and 11.30pm to report matters that require responding to. However, after 11.30pm and before 7am residents should use the hotline telephone number rather than the e-mail, unless their enquiry/comment/complaint is not of an urgent nature and they are happy for it to be looked at the following morning
