The Riverview Brasserie
On the 22nd November the Council set the conditions shown below on the sale of alcohol and light refreshments and on the sale of food and limits on public entertainment at the River View Brasserie.
The owners were seeking to extend the hours of its licensable activities to 0330 on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and to alter the time restriction on the use of the roof top terrace so that it could be used up to 2300 hours rather than 2100 hours.
The owners lodged an appeal which was heard in front of local magistrates. Your CADRA representative spoke. The result of the hearing is "TO EXTEND FROM 2:00AM TO 3:30AM ON FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS THE PREMISES TO BE CLOSED BY 4:00AM.
