CADRA Celebrates its Ruby Anniversary

On Wednesday Oct 17th CADRA held a very successful evening to celebrate its Ruby Anniversary.  A good crowd turned out and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves chatting with friends, viewing the numerous displays, viewing the slideshows and imbibing the odd glass of wine and a canape or two, courtesy of Waitrose.

CADRA is grateful to the the contributors from the many Caversham and Emmer Green organisations and the Council who organised displays as well as the 200 people who came and made it a real success.

One of our members said it was a success because "the Celebration embraced Caversham as a community".

It attracted a significant number of non-members and quite a few of those decided to join - we are pleased to welcome those people.
